Each club runs over 6 weeks and takes the form of an hour’s talk from an invited speaker and then a creative session where participants can assemble and decorate their own flat pack coffin in an effort to break down taboos around death and make difficult conversations easier. They are typically very friendly and welcoming with much laughter as well as more serious discussion and there is always lots of cake! Coffin Club is open to all and does not have a religious affiliation, our attendees, staff and speakers span many beliefs and backgrounds.
